Just like learning about reel and lure history, it's best for individuals to do their own research on what is or is not taxable. Any income earned from selling tackle is reportable by taxpayer for tax purposes, and has nothing to do with payment method. For 2023 PP provided 1099's for those with $20000 of business income AND over 200 transactions. For 2024 its changing to $600. It is true PP does not include FF on the 1099, only GS, but actual reportable income may be more or less than what is on a 1099.
