Around 1960 the Langley Corp. out of San Diego CA. put out a 7 page fishing tackle catalog that included a "Banderilla" lure.
From Southern Hardware 1960-02: Vol 129 Iss 2
"Fishing Tackle. Seven colorful catalog sheets, picturing and describing the complete line of Langley baitcasting, spincasting, and spinning reels and rods, are offered. Newest contribution described is the Model 444 Dyna-matic reel. Langley also offers the Fisherman’s De-Liar in two styles, bubble-packed for peg board display or packaged in cartons, as well as two artificial baits, the Matador jig and the Banderilla lure. Langley Corp., 310 Euclid Ave., San Diego 12, Calif."
