Yes what you have are pre Rapala.
Pre Rapala wiggle warts will have WIGGLE WART, SUSPENDING WIGGLE WART, or MAGNUM WIGGLE WART on the underneath side of the bill. Early pre Rapala ones may have those same words on the belly or side.
Yes they changed around 2000.
There are color charts you can find on the internet.
