Decker advertised his baits in the early 1920's being available in the color Sumac, which is a very dark red, almost brown color. That would be when he put his baits up in the Yellow picture boxes. The baits were actually a natural very dark red cedar common to NJ that he applied a coat of varnish to. I have several baits in that color, but don't have, nor have I ever seen, a yellow box marked for Sumac. I would definitely like to buy one if available, but would also enjoy a photo since I'm working on an article on The Decker Bait. thx for any help. Tim
