Hi there , if you’re on the island of Oahu, tucked away on queen st , down near harbour where all the charter boats are parked , there is a nice little antique shop in the industrial section. I picked up a 1940/41 territory of Hawaii fishing license 2 yrs ago and he still had another one there. Check in every once and awhile and you may get lucky . I’m from Ottawa , Ont. Canada and I go down to Hawaii every year , took me 5 yrs to find the one . Happy hunting!!!
