Heddon JRH question

I noticed that some JRH are known as Red Head Frog Scale and some are Red Head Dace. The JRH with frog scale sometimes has spots and sometimes doesn't.

Anyone know the reason for this? There are lures marked JRH that have no spots.

And does anyone want to sell a Heddon Tiny Lucky 13 in Red Head Dace (no spots but solid red head rather than fading red head)? Did Heddon even make this color?
