Camp Pendleton. My unit was on standby ready to assist the 2nd Marine Division who were in Vietnam assisting in the evacuation of the American Embassy and those involved with departing Vietnam. My salute to my brothers and sisters who were there doing a job nobody wanted to do. Thank you Vets for all you did. Thank you Joe for the board.
