Show tables are and have been selling. We still have plenty of tables left. If the regular exhibition hall room tables sell out, we can get 10 more for the pre-function area. If you are interested in coming to the Akron / Canton NFLCC Show, you can learn more about it on the NFLCC website or on the upcoming shows section of Joe's website.
ORCA members are permitted to receive the NFLCC group rate and additionally set up at the show without joining the NFLCC; however, you must pay in advance if you plan to sell in rooms or at the show. There is a $10 registration fee for both NFLCC and ORCA members to sell and if you want tables at the show, they are $20 each on top of the registration fee. We have a total space for 60 tables. They will be rectangular tables; I believe they are 8 footers. If you are planning to setup at the show, please do not wait to send in your check and registration form. Tables will hopefully sell out, but I cannot hold tables if others are paying up front.
There are plenty of rooms available and the hotel rate is $99 a night for standard rooms. Suites are also available at a reduced rate. Please review the registration form on the NFLCC website if interested. I hope many of you decide to come to the show!
