I looked up the company, found they are still active and have an internet page. Scrolled down to the history category and on that page, their patent drawing appears to be this minnow, strongly suggested by the swivel shown and the hardware placement, along with the slightly turned tail, and exit of the wire for the rear hook. I have messaged them for further information. Somebody on Joe's usually KNOWS!
