Thought when I first saw it, that it was part of one of those Japanese, magazine deals, where you could buy 100 fishing lures for just $3.98, and everybody that knows what I am talking about just dated themselves as retirement age +. But looking at the thing, the hardware is not the penny bait variety, and the nicely attached swivel on the front, hook behind were not fisherman added, but made in a factory somewhere. Quarter added to supply scale, and note that the tail is canted slightly to the camera, but I don't think the bait is meant to rotate on the thru wire construction, and looking at the swivel, it may be meant for the whole bait to twirl. Anyway, I have it and am not averse to trading it or selling it, but would like to know whose it is?
